On June 18th, both the Backzutatenverband eV and the Wissensforum Backwaren eV held their members' meetings and conducted the regular board elections.

The Bakery Knowledge Forum confirms its existing board

The members of the German Bakers' Knowledge Forum (Wissensforum Backwaren eV) have re-elected the existing board. Christof Crone remains chairman and managing director of the association. Gerrit Rosch, Martin Braun Backmittel und Essenzen KG , and Dr. Georg Böcker, Ernst Böcker GmbH & Co. KG , continue their work as vice-chairmen.
With the re-election, the Bakery Knowledge Forum continues its board work with its proven composition. For many years, the association has pooled expertise on baking ingredients and baked goods and sees itself as a platform for exchange, information, and objective analysis of industry-relevant topics.

Baking ingredients association unanimously re-elects board

The entire existing board of the German Baking Ingredients Association (Backzutatenverband e.V.) stood for re-election. All board members were unanimously confirmed in their positions. Bärbel Heck of Dawn Foods Germany GmbH was also newly elected to the board.
The German Baking Ingredients Association is the industry association and representative body for suppliers to the baking trade. With its 42 member companies in Germany and Austria, it represents the majority of the industry.
