VIVATIS is setting the course for the future: The Supervisory Board of VIVATIS Holding AG has decided on a change at the top of the company. Effective October 1, 2026, Klaus Schörghofer will take over as CEO and Daniel Haider as CFO, leading the food group.

Change of leadership at the end of the year
Current board members Gerald Hackl and Klaus Sperrer will be leaving the board at the end of 2026 at their own request. Together, they have significantly shaped the development of the VIVATIS Group in recent years. Under their leadership, the company grew into one of Austria's largest food companies, with annual sales of approximately €1.43 billion.
Experienced management takes over
Klaus Schörghofer has been appointed the new CEO. The Upper Austrian was most recently CEO of Egger Getränke and has many years of experience in the Austrian consumer goods and food industry. Daniel Haider will take over as CFO and Deputy CEO. He currently heads the investment management division of Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich and has been involved with the VIVATIS Group for many years.

Continuity in the board
The management team is completed by Chief Technology Officer Franz Schütz, who has been responsible for technology, production, purchasing, and logistics since 2018. His appointment to the board has been extended ahead of schedule. This means the new management team is in place for the next five years.
